Enjoy a walk through the coffee trails, in which you will take a tour of the coffee harvest (in season), the plot, wet and dry processing. In addition to general information about quality control and the importance of a cupping laboratory, you will have a coffee tasting, which includes a cup of coffee and a bread made by artisans of the community. If you have an adventurous spirit, you will have the opportunity to visit the San Fernando´s waterfall located a few meters from the hill.
